Description of Beef stuffed with spinach recipe

Fine steaks stuffed with a rich blend of spinach, ground beef, onion and a touch of beef.

What ingredients need to prepare .. Meat stuffed with spinach?
- 4 veal scallops
- 200 g of spinach
- 50 g of ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of beef
- 1 small onion
- Oil
- Breadcrumbs
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper

How do you prepare meat stuffed with spinach?



Boil the spinach in a little water with salt. Once cooked, drain well and set aside. 
Saute chopped onion in a little oil, when it is tender, add ground beef cut into strips and fry for a few minutes. Add the spinach trinchadas, makes straight salt and pepper and gently fry everything for a few minutes. 
Season the scallops, spread over spinach mixture and fold in on themselves. 
Mix to a flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil .
