Delicious crepes stuffed with spinach, cheese, cream and milk. Easy, low-calorie and inexpensive.

What ingredients need to prepare .. Creps of creamed spinach?
- 1 Kg of spinach
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cream liquid
- 4 tablespoons of grated cheese
- Salt, to taste

How do you prepare spinach crepes with cream?

While we cook the spinach in salted water, we make the pancakes. Pour into a bowl and whisk eggs with sugar and salt, once beaten add milk and flour and beat back. Let stand about 1/2 hour.
Drain the spinach well and add a little salt if you believe necessary.


Pour into a nonstick pan, the diameter adjusted to your taste, smooth with a spoon, and wait until slightly golden.

We put the spinach in a frying pan and stir a bit to lose water. Add 3 tablespoons of grated cheese, stirring constantly, add cream and milk. We let thicken until it looks like a cream, If some toner too pasty add more cream or milk.
We distributed the spinach crepes, roll up and arrange them on a baking sheet with the cheese that we had left, sprinkled on top. finish and serve the spinach crepes.
