How to prepare Spinach cream?

First, wash the spinach and boil for 5 minutes in salted water, a clove of garlic and onion. Then, drain well and chop. On the other hand, make a bechamel sauce made ​​with a mixture of one tablespoon of butter, a tablespoon of flour, a pint of milk, salt, white pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Then put the spinach in a baking dish, and mix with half the sauce.
