A rich spinach baked with a bechamel sauce which gives it a wonderful flavor.
What ingredients need to prepare .. Creamed spinach?
- 1 kg of spinach
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 liter of milk
- Grated cheese
- Garlic
- Onion
- White pepper
- Nutmeg
- Salt
How to prepare Spinach cream?
First, wash the spinach and boil for 5 minutes in salted water, a clove of garlic and onion. Then, drain well and chop. On the other hand, make a bechamel sauce made with a mixture of one tablespoon of butter, a tablespoon of flour, a pint of milk, salt, white pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Then put the spinach in a baking dish, and mix with half the sauce. Finally we cover the spinach with the remaining sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and put it in a tray in the oven until top is browned.
