How do you prepare rice pudding lasagne, spinach and cheese?

In case you want to make the dough, knead all ingredients until a smooth dough, wrap in plastic wrap and let stand in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Wash and clean spinach in a large skillet and chopped a little, with a little oil, fry until the volume decrease.

Meanwhile let it removing the sausage skin, fry in a pan and add spinach when it cooked, add the cream and cook until the cream reduces. Add salt and pepper and turn off. We stretch the dough and cut into squares roughly the size of the mold that we will use to put in the oven. We place a square of pastry on the bottom of a floured baking dish, and we are making layers of pastry and pudding mixture, ending with a layer of puff pastry.

We put in the oven, time and temperature indicated by the manufacturer of the sheet. Take it out of the oven, cover with curls goat cheese and cortadito on it again to put in oven to melt a little cheese and looks golden. While we are making baked lasagna sauce, for that we put a saucepan with the cream and cheese, a pinch of salt and a pinch of nutmeg (if you see that the sauce will not be fine pass it finishes with a blender or Strain through a sieve). At the time of serve lasagna, pour the sauce direct to plate. your spinach lasagna is ready
